Drawing on research conducted between 2009 - 2012 among over 1,200 senior executives, The Social Executive: Research on the Use of Social Media and Networking Sites in Executive Recruitment aims to answer such questions as what sites executives are using, how they rate them, how effective they are in hiring and job-seeking, their potential to transform the recruitment landscape, and how success in social recruitment varies by company size, industry and geography.
